Happy Father’s Day from the Men’s Health Caucus

As Men’s Health Week comes to a close, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, caregivers, mentors, and role models who make a difference every day.

Father’s Day is also an important reminder that taking care of your health is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and your loved ones. Prioritizing preventive care, mental health, regular checkups, and healthy habits helps build stronger families and healthier communities.

Today, we encourage all men to:
✔️ Make time for their health
✔️ Schedule routine checkups and screenings
✔️ Prioritize mental and physical well-being
✔️ Lead by example for the next generation

Thank you to all the dads and father figures who continue to support, guide, and inspire others every day.

Wishing everyone a healthy and happy Father’s Day!

Men’s Health Week: Supporting the Mental Health of Men and Boys

Mental health is health. During Men’s Health Week, we recognize the importance of creating supportive spaces where men and boys feel empowered to speak openly, seek help, and prioritize their emotional well-being.

Too often, stigma prevents important conversations about stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Encouraging connection, compassion, and access to support can make a lasting difference.

This week, take time to:

✔️ Check in on the men and boys in your life

✔️ Encourage open conversations about mental health

✔️ Practice healthy coping strategies

✔️ Seek professional support when needed

✔️ Remind others that asking for help is a sign of strength

Get screened for depression today and talk with your healthcare specialist about what options might be right for you.

Encourage the men and boys in your life to stay proactive about their health and make preventive care a priority.
