Join this week's group Reiki session this Friday, March 25th at 6pm AKST!

These group Reiki sessions are focused on individual and community grounding. Healing light is guided to each individuals energetic rooting system, as well as the meridians in charge of interpersonal interactions.

Your only responsibility during a Reiki session is to accept the loving and healing light being guided towards your energetic space. In order to accept this light, you will need to take deep breaths and allow yourself to stretch as the light energy reaches parts of the self that have been deep in shadows.

I offer full sessions in 60 min and 30 min options.
~
Each of these full session options offers the same magnitude of energy work at different velocities.

A 60 minute session is akin to a soft breeze, lightly blowing the energy through each meridian.
~
A 30 minute session is akin to strong gusts of wind, firmly pushing the energy through each meridian.
~

One on one, full sessions, are offered over Zoom, as well as in person for local clientele.
