Yesterday was… indescribable.
I spent weeks worrying that no one would show up. I told the girls, “We only need 40 balloons. I really don’t think we’ll book more appointments than that.”
Well… all 40 were gone within the first 90 minutes. And those little balloon tags? We cycled through them several times. 😂
At 5:00, I looked out the front door and saw all of you waiting outside, and I was almost brought to tears.
Five years ago, I poured my heart and soul into building this business with one goal: to bring high quality, honest care to Waterloo and the surrounding communities. To look around yesterday and see how many of you have trusted us, supported us, told your friends about us, and continued to choose us was incredibly humbling.
And none of this happens without our team. I truly believe we have THE BEST team, a group of women who care deeply about what they do and, even more importantly, about the people who walk through our doors.
We promise to keep learning, keep growing, and keep holding ourselves to the standard of care you deserve.
Thank you for showing up for us yesterday. Thank you for trusting us over these last five years. And thank you for allowing this little dream of mine to become so much bigger than I ever imagined.
