I’ve noticed quite a few new faces here lately, so I thought I’d take a minute to introduce myself!

I’m Kelsey — wife, mom of three boys, RN, and the owner of Alayne to Wellness. I started this business as a way to bring convenient, personalized IV hydration and wellness support right to my community.

I offer mobile IV infusions as well as appointments at Turning Point Wellness Center in Waterloo. Whether you’re feeling run down, dealing with a migraine, preparing for travel, recovering from a busy weekend, or just looking for some extra support, I’m always happy to talk through the options with you.

I’ll be at Turning Point Wellness Center this Friday morning starting at 9:30! Appointments are required, and I still have some openings available.

Infusions start at $150, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

And if you’re new here or have been curious about IV therapy but aren’t sure where to start — please don’t hesitate to reach out. There are no silly questions! 😊

This week reminded me that no two infusions are ever the same.
I had the chance to help:
✈️ A couple getting ready to leave for the beach.
💆‍♀️ A client staying on top of chronic migraines with her routine magnesium infusion.
🌎 Someone wanting to feel their best before traveling.
💧 Someone who was simply feeling run down and achy.
🌿 A client working alongside her functional medicine provider to support her wellness goals.
Every person with a different reason, and every infusion was customized to what they needed.

That's one of my favorite parts of what I do. It's never about a "one-size-fits-all" treatment—it's about listening, creating a plan together, and helping people feel their best.
