Coming up on a year after I lost 30 # in about 90 days(went off peptides for 15 days while sick:COVID-24-30867) while taking peptides, diet, exercise with a Powerplatex Eliptical, increasing my HRV with ice baths (found alternatives to ice baths, don't worry 😊) to drop my cortisol.
Melted stress and Fat like a 🔥 steel ball dropped on ice... 🔥
I lost weight (targeted all fat(s)) and lost some muscle mass
What does this all mean?
Losing muscle mass with age (45 now 46) it's necessary to bring in creatine from either meats like steak 🥩 or supplement with it and adding HMB.
Also added BCAAs with Already taking Glutamine.

After losing I gained back about 20 # in 9 months. What does that mean?
All natural GLP-1 Peptides (or any of the wegovy or ozempic) need discipline.
Some of my gains are muscle so I look at "belt action" i.e. is my belt buckle securing tighter?"
That, combined with keeping track of my "Readiness" on fitbit with the combined measure of resting HR x with HRV to assure my systems of cardio and Nervous system is humming above 75 (77).
