Wondering if anyone else feels like driving has significantly declined over the past few years… ? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was rear-ended pretty hard a couple weeks ago, and insurance ended up totaling our beloved van. The damage was much more than we realized. Crazy enough, we were rear ended two months before this by a distracted driver, AND a snowplowed backed into us in December. After a lifetime without so much as a speeding ticket, I cannot believe how many “wrong places at the wrong times” we’ve been involved in the past five months. 😩 I can’t even list all the accidents we’ve avoided from drivers flying through red lights, swerving through traffic, or just not paying attention.

We are grateful to be okay, minus some headaches, neck/back pain, and a little PTSD about snowplows. How do we change this decline from continuing? It’s really gotten awful!

I’m honestly surprised to see our local school districts all canceling school for tomorrow. “When I was a kid,” we would all get up at 5:00am to watch the scrolling cancellations at the bottom of the TV, praying our district would be on the list. 😂 Wouldn’t it be funny if we barely got any snow tomorrow!

How much snow did you end up getting Saturday night? We had between 8-9 inches!!! That almost makes up for having sopping wet spring since November. 😂 The LEBA crew was excited to finally get some sledding in today. 🛷
