Today we had our first Embody Phase 1:1 coaching sessions.

The difference between the renew phase and now is 🥹. I am so proud of these women and the work they are putting in to create healthy habits in a life they love👏!

Gods plans are always bigger.

I was planning to be on a ✈️ back to Alaska, but flying standby with a “full” flight I felt very strongly to wait and go tomorrow. Despite missing all my boys immensely.

I was able to run around with a dear friend doing fun errands. And while doing these errands I had to opportunity to bring another dear friend a gift (she brought home a baby boy 💙this week), and while doing that realized I could bring my first client and also dear friend her first dinner home from the hospital after having her little girl!

This was amazing to me as for a lot of the journey to Alaska I was bummed I wouldn’t be here to help in any capacity when she was newly postpartum, but God provided a way. 🥳

His ways are always better people! And I’m so thankful for that 💜

Week 4 of Renew Build Embody is here.

13 weeks of structured training, and we’re officially one third in.

This is a guided system built for moms in postpartum at any stage, and for anyone who needs structure, consistency, and accountability in their training.

Physical fitness, nutrition support, mental guidance, one on one coaching, and guest coaches are all part of this holistic program!

Next cohorts open in October and February.
