Tomorrow begins a new month, and soon 🔥Pitta season (summer).
Pitta dosha in Ayurveda is Fire and Water.
The sun is most intense during this time and it’s important to keep our internal fire from getting out of balance.
Keep hydrated with water, and juicy cooling fruits like watermelon and pears. Lighter meals including lettuce for summer salads.
Coconut oil is cooling and nourishing to the skin for abhyanga (self massage).
