π§ Community, Connection & Staying Hydrated π§
I had the opportunity to participate in a wonderful hydration event hosted at Sage Health, alongside Wellcare, one of the many insurance carriers I proudly represent.
As an independent insurance broker, my priority is helping clients find the coverage that best fits their needs, which is why I work with multiple carriers to provide personalized options.
A big thank you to Sage Health for opening your beautiful facility and creating such a welcoming environment for the community. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and sharing a few simple ways to stay healthy during these hot summer months!
Here are a few hydration reminders:
π§ Drink water consistently throughout the day, even before you feel thirsty.
π Stay hydrated through foods too! Watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, oranges, tomatoes, celery, and lettuce all have high water content.
βοΈ If youβre outside working or enjoying the sunshine, increase your water intake and consider replacing electrolytes after excessive sweating.
π΅ Check on older loved ones, as dehydration can happen more quickly and they may not always feel thirsty.
Whether you have questions about Medicare, Marketplace, individual health insurance, or simply want to learn more about local healthcare resources like Sage Health, Iβm always happy to help.π©π»βπΌ
Stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself this summer!
