There are a lot of people out there that find it confusing to find the balance in both martial arts - physical training and nutrition. This throws people off some times. So my goal is to help people find this balance to improve upon their daily living. Also maybe I can reach out to other instructors and help guide them on their path as teachers, guides, educators etc.. I have been told by quite a

few other Grand masters that I ave a gift for gab.. their words not mine. They let out in their conversations that I actually put a different spin on how to teach things and they have admitted they borrowed some of my ways of explaining things to their students in which made me very happy that I could have helped them out. We are not here to prove any thing in the way that we are better than others. Only that we are different and willing to help out. We have been getting private emails from instructors thanking us for helping them to become more efficient teachers.
