Don’t measure yourself by what you see around you.
Whatever your age is, please do not aim to be a “normal” person that age.
In a society that is profoundly unhealthy, normal is not the goal.
Instead, build exceptional metabolic flexibility.
That means creating a body that can adapt, regulate, and perform better instead of constantly fighting cravings, crashes, poor sleep, low energy, and brain fog.
For me, that starts with 3 targets:
1. Get your waking glucose consistently between 80–99
2. Get your A1c below 5.5
3. Get into nutritional ketosis at least 3x per week above .5
That creates the environment for your body to build awesome metabolic fitness.
And when metabolic fitness improves, other things start improving too.
Excess fat starts burning off.
Sleep gets better.
Energy skyrockets.
Clear thinking improves.
Focus gets stronger.
And when you feel strong, fear doesn’t rule your life the same way.
You start wanting better things for yourself.
You want to eat healthy.
You want to move your body.
You want to achieve and excel.
You feel stronger.
You think clearer.
You live better.
Normal is not the goal.
Rebuild is.
Fix the root, not just manage decay.
