Most women spend years preparing for menopause.

But almost nobody talks about what happens AFTER.

The first 5 years of postmenopause may be one of the most important health windows of a woman's life.

During this time, your body is adapting to a completely different hormonal environment. Bone density can decline more rapidly, muscle loss can accelerate, metabolism may shift, and sleep challenges often continue.
