I have been interested in and studying holistic health, nutrition, yoga, and yogic philosophy for many years. In 2012, I attended Yoga North, in Duluth, MN to attain my 200 hr Hatha Yoga Certification. I have been teaching ever since. At Yoga North, I learned to take yoga a from a healing perspective. We used somatics and therapeutic yoga to re-train the body to move in alignment naturally, then m

ove on to classical hatha yoga. This way of doing yoga is extremely healing and prevents injury. It has been tremendously helpful and healing for me. I would be honored to help you heal as well.
