That’s what Sip & Chat has always been about: creating space for people to come together, have real conversations, and realize they don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Groundedness is something you build slowly. Through boundaries, rest, awareness, and choosing what actually feels good for your nervous system. Peace is precious. You’re allowed to protect it 💚
