Don’t shy away from using different tools, different methods, different ideas, different thinking… simply put, don’t shy away from different.

This square you stare at so much will draw you towards the same exact thinking you’re already doing… so when something or someone expresses an art form of some sort, or anything for that matter, that challenges your beliefs or your current methods, bend your fu**in rules and explore what you’re unfamiliar with.

Why stick to apples & oranges when you can pick from the rest of the garden!? 💡

I’m all about chasing positivity; but not at the cost of avoiding adversity 📈

The beauty behind this tool, this kettlebell, isn’t all the things you’re capable of doing with it; but rather, the lessons that come along moving the object.

Yes, intent behind exercise selection is important. Yet, life will often remind you that nothing comes in order, nothing comes with a warning sign, nothing is as you expect it to be.

So, by relentlessly executing the basics, sharpening the essentials that we need, in our daily training (kettlebell i.e. swing, clean, sn**ch), as well as in our daily lives (emotions, actions and most important, thoughts)— we give ourselves a better chance of navigating through life with more grit and more resilience 🚀

If you’re at a road block… don’t hesitate and make that right, that left, or that B line… but never, EVER, turn back. Because regardless of the decision you make, I promise you, it will lead you on the road you need to be in order to learn, remove, grow and succeed.

Make whatever way, your way.

And make noise and take as much room as you need, no matter where, no matter what, around no matter who.
