When your body finally starts detoxing, it’s not “turning on you” — it’s finally working for you.

And those uncomfortable symptoms? They’re messages.

1️⃣ Breakouts 💥
Your skin is your biggest detox organ — it literally pushes toxins out when your liver and lymph are overwhelmed. So when you start supporting those systems, old toxins resurface before they’re gone. That’s not a “bad reaction.” That’s your body cleaning house.

2️⃣ Bloating + Gas 🌿

This is my last Halloween post of the season 🎃

But honestly… it feels like the perfect way to close it out.

The first photo was October 2022 — smiling, but tired, inflamed, and just getting by.

The second is October 2025 — lighter, clearer, healthier, and finally feeling like me again.

It’s wild what happens when you start taking care of your body, your gut, your mind — and stop apologizing for putting yourself first. ✨

Let’s be real…

No one wants to start the new year feeling like 💩
