✨✨ GYM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✨✨ Double Trouble Edition! These 2 gym members & besties have made such an impact at Tribe 31 that we have to recognize them both! Katie Beth and Shelby are a dynamic duo, always encouraging each other and everyone else around them. You’ll rarely see one without the other because what’s a frick without their frack?! 👯‍♀️ Both KB and Shelby heard of us through social media but their biggest non-scale victories are a little different. While they both enjoy the consistency, KB is also enjoying the other friendships she’s made at the gym and Shelby loves the progress she’s made in her lifting and workouts. After their first visit they both knew this was their new happy place! And in true bestie fashion, they both can be found in the same place….spending time with their husbands, fur babies and family & friends!
KB and Shelby are such a joy to have at Tribe! They are amazing individually but together they bring the laughs, fun and shocked faces (I know some stories!)

✨MEMBER SPOTLIGHT✨
Our February member spot light is 💗 She has been a member of Tribe31 Training since 2022! Her energetic energy & dedication in the gym is CONTAGIOUS!!!!

We want to also take time to advocate her amazing non profit in honor of her sweet daughter Olivia Gaiennie!

Love Like Olivia 💗 (read about Olivia below)

Olivia Louise Gaiennie, who was born on Valentine’s Day, 2022, and would be celebrating her fourth birthday today. She is the beloved daughter of Jimmy and Chandler Gaiennie.

At just 12 weeks into Chandler’s pregnancy, they learned that Olivia had Trisomy 18, a condition that meant she would likely not survive after birth—if she even made it to full term. Despite the heartbreaking prognosis, Olivia fought hard. Then, at 33 weeks, on the night before Valentine’s Day, Chandler went into preterm labor. After multiple attempts to stop it, doctors had to perform an emergency C-section the next morning.

Olivia was born at 11:06 AM on February 14th. She lived for 51 precious minutes, knowing only love and radiating peace. Her birthday, falling on the day that celebrates love, is something her parents see as a beautiful blessing—a perfect reflection of the pure, unconditional love she embodied.
