10 Minute Daily Lymphatic Drainage Routine ✨

You can do each step for 30 seconds to a minute each. Doing this routine daily is beneficial to keeping your lymphatic system activated in between wood therapy sessions.

Step 1 - Apply oil first. Never perform lymphatic drainage on dry skin.

Step 2 - Massage between the front and back of the ears with 2 fingers to stimulate lymphatic flow.

Step 3 - Glide your thumbs underneath your chin to your ears, then down the neck to help reduce puffiness and sculpt the jawline.

Step 4 - Massage underneath the collarbone in small circles to open drainage pathways.

Step 5 - Pump underneath each armpit and do small circles to support circulation and detoxification.

Step 6 - Firmly press down the sides of your abdomen toward your groin in one continuous motion.

Step 7 - Pull your waistline inward toward the center of your belly to help reduce bloating and fluid retention.

Step 8 - Gently pump behind each knee to support circulation and mobility.

✨ Finish with the knees last
