Let’s talk about how to break free of the “rules”…
There are a lot of unspoken rules in our society that try to keep you from stepping into your true potential. Like, women should avoid lifting heavy weights, or that as you get older, you should slow down your workouts. Or how about this one? You’re “too old” to wear certain styles. And one of my personal favorites? “Dressing for your age”… 🤦♀️
These dumb, outdated rules were created to hold badass women like you back. Confidence comes from wearing what makes you feel good — and lifting what makes you feel strong — no matter what anyone else thinks. Whether you’re 25 or 55, it’s about wearing what empowers you and pushing your limits, inside and out. It’s time to let go of the “shoulds” and break free from what society says is acceptable for your age. You define your style and your strength, and it’s time to show up as your true, confident self. 💪
