Exercising your body from a place of hate is counterproductive and harmful. You can’t heal what you hate.
Move your body from a place of love, self-respect and honor. When you exercise based on these principles, you will do it joyfully and it will be easier to become disciplined. This is how you create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for life.

For years, so many of us were taught to exercise because we wanted to be smaller(because of capitalism).

Smaller body.
Smaller clothes.
Smaller number on the scale.

But what if we started training for something bigger?

I don’t work out because I hate my body.

I work out because I plan on needing it for the rest of my life.

I want to be strong enough to travel, play, carry groceries, get up off the floor, and remain independent as I age.

That changes everything.

When you stop chasing a number and start investing in your future, fitness becomes an act of stewardship, not punishment.

Ma'am..you don't need another Monday.
Every Monday you promise yourself you'll finally get serious, but every Friday you're disappointed.

The problem isn't lack of motivation.

Maybe your body has simply stopped believing your promises.

Trust isn't rebuilt with bigger goals.

It's rebuilt with smaller promises that you actually keep. So my question to you is....
