Every new day brings its own unique joys, but today was extra special as it marked one year since receiving my kidney transplant. The surprise lunch, flowers, and supper were truly appreciated.
My family and I will be forever grateful to Nick Woods and his family for giving me a second chance at life. As I reflect on the journey thus far, here's a look back at the last 365 days.
