Meet Nick 🤗

Nick started his yoga journey 6 years ago in an effort to better his body and mind. After immediately falling in love with vinyasa classes, he worked steadily over the next few years to find his rhythm. In 2022, he received his 200 hour vinyasa certification, and quickly began teaching different styles, mainly focusing on vinyasa and deep stretch.

Nick tries to show his students that anything is possible, especially when you don't give up. His classes are fun, accessible, and inspiring, and will have you hopefully trying things you've always wanted to.

Motto: If I can do it, you can too.

Sunday May 21, 4-6pm

⭐️How many times have you heard a yoga class start or end with "create an intention"? Repeating these intentions can have a positive effect on our lives, but the yoga practice takes this a bit deeper. Bhavana means to "bring into existence". It's the feeling behind the intention. The yoga tradition believes that the more you feel the intention in your heart, the more chance it will come to fruition.

⭐️In this workshop we will explore our Heart's desires and find the "Bhav" behind our intentions. Class will start with some heart pumping cardio and dynamic asana. 💦
We will then move into postural "heart openers" (you do not need to be a bendy person to do these) and will finish movement with yin poses that hit the heart energy lines. ☺️
A breathing exercise targeting the Heart center and a short Yoga Nidra will complete the practice.

⭐️A notebook and pen are recommended for the discussion portion of class.

⭐️ $45 for preregistration or $50 at the door. Limited spots available.
