Answer honestly…

I know I’ve probably looked a little longer…
BUT why do we do that?!

The handful of times I was completely bald…
with no hat, beanie, or wig…
I got the looks, the pointing, and
it was hard being “that person.”

…this is one of the reasons
I primarily wore wigs in public.

First of all…
I honestly just liked wigs.
Loved them actually

And secondly…
I didn’t want everyone around me
knowing I had cancer.

I didn’t want to “look” like
I was sick and dying.
Because I wasn’t.

I was sick, but also thriving!
Not dying.

What are your thoughts on this?
