Hiiiii Denver! 💥

My name is Tierdri, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years! I’ve owned and operated Luna body and sol LLC for about 7 years now! I’m a Colorado native. Raised in Fort Collins before moving to Denver to pursue my career in massage. I graduated from Colorado school of Healing arts in December of 2016.

I specialize in Deep tissue and sports massage! I’m an advocate for self care and love. I believe our physical body holds a lot of our emotions and by releasing muscle tension we release emotions that are being held.
Making the choice to become a massage therapist was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. It taught me so much about myself and what I want to offer to this world. Not only that but it allowed me space for my own healing. I believe part of being human is constantly reinventing/ finding ourselves.

I’m passionate about healing in all different aspects! On top of being a Massage Therapist I also am a event facilitator! I’ve held women’s retreats, weekly community circles, postpartum retreats, and solstice mini retreats. All centered around healing mind, body, and soul. ❤️‍🩹

I am a mother of two beautiful children. Being a mother has inspired me to heal myself and help heal the community, so my children will grow up in a world full of people who don’t traumatize others. ❤️‍🩹 I have a loving fiancé of almost 10 years. He has supported me through all my endeavors and is my biggest cheerleader.
