We are committed to creating an affordable family atmosphere where seniors can associate with their peers and live in a “home-like setting” geared to their specific needs. Our residents are provided with comfortable, well-appointed living spaces, well-balanced and nutritious meals and snacks, and help with daily living activities. Our homes also offer individualized care plans, a variety of support services and an imaginative, progressive activity program. Our goal is to have all of our residents maintain a sense of independence and control in their lives. 🐄🌾 A Moo-velous Trip to Coldsprings Dairy Farm! 🌾🐄

We had an amazing day visiting Coldsprings Dairy Farm! Owners Ian and Debbie gave us a wonderful tour and showed us around their beautiful Holstein dairy farm. 🐄💕

We learned so much about the care and dedication that goes into keeping their cows happy and comfortable. The cows are milked three times a day, while the calves are cared for in group barns and fed twice daily. As they grow, they move into group housing where they have free-choice feed and hay available throughout the day. 🌱

It was wonderful to see firsthand how much Coldsprings prioritizes the health, comfort, and well-being of their animals 24/7, 365 days a year. We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with these amazing animals and the caring people who look after them every day! 🐄❤️

Please join us in congratulating our September 2026 Employee of the Month, Martina Saldana!

Martina has been a caregiver with Golden Crest Assisted Living for 21 and a half years, making her our second longest tenured employee! She has worked just about every shift at every house and knows Golden Crest inside and out.

For the last 21 years, Martina has embodied everything that Golden Crest Assisted Living stands for. She is kind, compassionate, reliable and truly loves and deeply cares for every resident. Her dedication to providing compassionate, person-centered care to every resident over the years has never wavered. Martina is known for her sweet disposition and has a gift for making everyone feel at home.

Martina is an absolute gem in every way, and someone that we have been extremely grateful to have on our team all these years. This honor is long overdue for Martina, and we are SO excited to present it to her. Congratulations, Martina!
