Her specialty is pain relief, anything ranging from clearing the simple aches and pains of daily life all the way to recovery from a serious injury. She graduated from a medical college in Poland, and completed her physical therapy and massage therapy training at a children’s hospital in Krakow, and in various rehabilitation centers in Poland. Over the years of working with chiropractors and massa

ge therapists, Agnes has learned a large array of techniques which she incorporates into her therapeutic massage treatments. Agnes continues to expand both her knowledge and skills by taking continuing education classes and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

One of the most important systems of the human body and perhaps one of the most neglected is the lymphatic system! Can you believe it?!

The lymphatic system helps nourish the body by transporting various nutrients, hormones, salts, minerals, proteins, and fats to all body parts. Most of the body receives nourishment directly from the lymphatic system, rather than from the blood.

There are about twice as many lymph vessels in the body as there are blood vessels. That’s why the lymphatic system is a tremendous ally in fighting disease if is cared for properly.

Keeping the glands and vessels healthy and free of congestion, via a clean diet and exercise is probably the best prevention of serious disease in any part of the body, as this system feeds and cleans the entire body.

FOR EVERYONE COMING FOR LYMPHATIC MASSAGE, I GIVE OUT A SHEET WITH SPECIFIC EXERCISES TO DO, THAT HELP THE LYMPH FLOW PROPERLY.

Also, lymphatic drainage massage is very beneficial in moving fluid out of the glands. It prevents congestion of the lymph and waste products build up in the body.

Benefits of lymphatic massage:
- stimulates and enhances the immune system
- reduces swelling (edema), scar tissue, and inflammation (tendonitis)
- speeds healing from recent injury (like an ankle sprain)
- helpful with sinus conditions and a general sense of congestion
- effective for lymphedema (post-surgery patients, ladies after mastectomy and/or lymph nodes removed)
- highly recommended during stressful times, when the seasons change, and around the cold and flu season.
