To assist in the delivery of the best care and health services for adult and geriatric clients, whether in skilled nursing facilities, community based residential facilities, or within the client’s home. We go back to the roots of medicine and bring care to the patient, rather than the other way around, creating a comfortable, convenient, and in many cases, safer, medical services provider experience.

Follow the yellow brick road to Colby Senior Care for a magical stop in your trick-or-treating journey! This Halloween, our facility will be transformed into the enchanting world of Oz, with the Wicked Witch of the West waiting in her lair! Join us for treats, fun, and a trip through the Land of Oz! 🌈

As usual, you will receive a raffle ticket for each nonperishable food item you bring in to support the Colby food pantry. See you soon!

Out with our friends today at Colby Senior Care today, raising some much needed funds for local groups with Compassus Hospice. The residents were having a grand time either watching it all or being out in the crowd bidding on new treasures. So delightful to see organizations come together to give back to the communities and enrich the lives of those we serve. We beat the rain too!!!
