Hi Friends.
After much consideration and prayer I have made the decision to close Alabaster Soaps - for a season - effective September 30. I am in a new season teaching full time and all that comes with that. Additionally, my oldest is a senior this year and we are entrenched in college talk, research, visits, and recruiting camps. It’s a full and exciting time.

All that being said, my products at Rust & SHINE are 20% off. My online inventory has sold out to my email subscribers.

I appreciate all of you and your continued support of me, my family and my business over the years. Thank you!
Kim

As I get older, I’ve found that my skincare routine has actually become simpler, not more complicated.

These are the products I genuinely reach for every morning and night—the ones that have earned a permanent place in my routine.

If you’ve ever wondered what I personally use, this is it.

To celebrate getting back into everyday rhythms after our Maine trip and before school begins, I’m offering 20% off through Monday with code ROUTINE.

+ FREE shipping on $50+

I hope you love these products as much as I do. 🤍

I love the slower pace of summer. What’s one thing you’re doing to savor this season?

The story behind the design 🤍

This shirt wasn’t inspired by a trend.

It was inspired by a truth I’ve leaned on for years:

“It is well” doesn’t mean life is easy.
It means God is good no matter my circumstances. Because He loves me and He is good, I can say “It is well.”

The peonies are a personal touch—chosen in memory of my mom—but the message is for anyone walking through both the joys and challenges of everyday life.

Because peace isn’t found in perfect circumstances.

It’s found in trusting the One who never changes.

✨ It is well because He is good.

Tell me in the comments: What helps anchor your faith when life feels uncertain?

Comment IT IS WELL for the link. 😊

Be Still body butter got a makeover. The blend still has the 2 OG essential oils as the old (lavender and peppermint), but the new is deep, restful and grounding - exactly what Be Still is all about. Available online and at Rust & SHINE now.
