Hi! I’m tired of the short form video and ever increasing ads that have taken over social media. Scrolling ends up making me feel anxious and like I’m not doing enough, or I don’t have enough.

I’ve been craving a slower pace, meaningful content, and intentional rhythms. So I am creating what I want. I’m re-launching my newsletter - The Well & Good Letter. It’s a curated email filled with natural skincare information, simple living habits and tips as a wife, mom, and woman of faith, and encouragement. It drops weekly into my subscribers’ box.

It’s meant to feel like a calm corner of the internet in a world that often feels loud.

You are valued!

And He is faithful.

There are some open ended things in life right now, things that I am not sure how they’ll get taken care of - BUT GOD.

He has proven himself faithful again and again. Faithful in loving me. Faithful in taking care of me and my family. Faithful in providing exactly what I need at just the right time. Faithful to answer prayer.

And so as I remind myself for the 1,456th time that none of it is mine to control, I hold onto Him and the promise that He is faithful. I let it all go. He’ll take it from here.

Quiet moments, coffee in hand, trying to gather my thoughts after the hustle of getting the kids off to school.

Life is full in this season—and I’ve found myself simplifying where I can. Being intentional about stewarding what He’s given me.

Less rushing. Fewer steps. More consistency. It all moves the needle.

Even my skincare has become simple. We don’t need 10 steps and multiple, half-used bottles of product.

Nothing complicated. Just a soothing ritual I look forward to morning and night, without overthinking it.
