Holistic esthetician , energy healer, sound therapist, health intuitive guide, herbalist & plant based chef ….among other things but to name a few! ✨

If any title I belong to the most it is being a heartist. My art form is love.. love of rediscovering the things that bring us back to who we are naturally at the core of our humanness. Creators. 🎨

For a Sound bath immersion lead by yours truly.

Enjoy 60 minutes of healing vibrations to help wind down for the night, boosting oxytocin levels, reduce stress & anxiety, a way to connect with a friend or loved one in an intimate gathering and meet new people in the community.

- Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring a yoga mat, pillow , blanket

Everyone will be laying down on their mats. I will have eye masks available and extra pillows/ blankets if needed.

I’m not here for a popularity contest. I want you to have the healing information you need to live comfortably in your body. First and foremost. Skin is an inside job and I’m always talking about this . I just want to really emphasize…PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION here.

Say it with me. Baby. Step. 👏

You’re as old as your liver…and you can age your liver prematurely. That’s very real. In order to pull the reigns back in with your health you need to learn about your liver and how it’s always working for you.

Did you know it has over 2,000 chemical functions?

It can’t preform those functions if it’s so overburdened by holding back toxins from escaping and doing harm other places in the body. It’s our filter. And honestly doesn’t get the recognition it needs.

So I’ll cut to the chase… here’s what I would do if I were you.

1. Get a copy of liver rescue by
Start learning how to connect with your body’s healing powers.. it’s my saving grace and it may be yours & your loved ones too.

2. Schedule a free health history consultation with me to see if having a health coach would be beneficial in your healing journey at this time to learn how to apply the information and protocols.

Other things I would do..

Get a gua sha stone and learn about facial massage techniques- you can absolutely learn from scheduling a botanical facial with me where I’ll also send you home with some skin loving - liver healing goodies.

Work in more herbal teas, lemon water,coconut water, fruits, veggies, herbs.

Decrease alcohol and high fatty foods.

Start looking at the chemicals in your skin care , makeup, every day hygiene products, house hold cleaning products , candles… etc.

Bringing your awareness to what you may have put to the side of what’s in your products … knowing the root of the issue is half the battle won.

Then working in the healing protocols is the next 🤍

I painted that quote above my stove ...as a reminder that food gives us what we need...all we have to do is prepare it the right way for our bodies to take in all those vital minerals and vitamins. When we cook fruits & vegetables they start to lose all those vital vitamins & minerals...that’s why it’s important to get alot of raw fruits & veggies..but that doesnt mean it has to be boring you can make alot of delicious dishes without using heat!!

Side note- I’m not against cooked foods by any means. I’m simply stating we definitely need to get more hydrating foods in as a collective because a majority of us are walking around chronically dehydrated.

Some benefits 🍎

APPLES: Provide living water to support the liver’s hydration capabilities, so it can store the water and then release it back into the bloodstream when dehydration or dirty blood syndrome occurs. The fruit acids in apples help cleanse the liver by dispersing toxic films that build up inside its storage banks. Apples starve out bacteria, yeast, mold, other funguses, and viruses from the intestinal tract and liver. Great for dissolving gallstones.

DATES: The intestinal tract builds up mucus due to low hydrochloric acid and bile production, and that can slow down absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream. Dates expel and eliminate mucus, especially that produced by pathogens such as bacteria and fungus, from the colon. The sugars in dates feed the liver; they’re a great source of glucose for recovery and restoration that allows the liver to maximize its over 2,000 chemical functions.

3-4 peeled diced apples ( honey crisp is my fav)

Half a lemon or less ( optional)

Pick a Sweetener (optional)

1 -4 dates

& or
Honey
( about 1 or 2 tablespoons), maple syrup (1 or 2
tablespoons)

1 stalk of celery ( optional but preferred for the mineral salts)

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon

Put everything in the food processor & enjoy eating your skin care 😊
