We had a great day at the spa yesterday with the UVM Women’s Hockey team taking the spa over for the day. We had 9 players in for vibroacoustic and floatation combo session. Thanks to Chef's Corner Cafe & Bakery and Aromas of India for offering the players discounts on lunch or dinner. The vibe was chill and the players were excited about their sessions and talking a lot about the other UVM athletes that should float. And today we had one of our float assistants, Isabel pictured at UVM with the Walter Cup. Don’t miss out on getting in the spa for a session.

Thanks to [email protected] for highlighting our new partnership with UVM Athletics to bring Vibroacoustic and floatation therapy to UVM student athletes and coaches. Shout out also to the UVM Women's Hockey team for booking the spa all day on Sunday so they can start to benefit from the edge floating can provide. We hope this is just the beginning to help increase recovery time from pain or injury and create a mental focus that sets you up for success.

We had two Catamount athletes in last week and there was one big takeaway. “I wish I knew about this earlier.” Calling all high school athletes and parents. Want to give your kid the physical and mental edge our local D1 athletes are accessing? Any b**r league athletes out there, you need recovery time after a late night game. Anyone active at all should integrate floatation into your wellness routine.
