There are deeper ways to rest.
This Saturday, Justin Morgan-Parmett of Float Away will give a community talk on flotation therapy and vibroacoustic therapy: how warm water, sensory quiet, and low-frequency sound can support people dealing with stress, physical pain, chronic tension, and mental fatigue.
Float therapy reduces ordinary input: pressure, noise, gravity-load, light, and interruption. Vibroacoustic therapy brings sound through the body as gentle vibration. Together, they create a practical entry point into deep nervous-system rest.
