A couple bags of apples and a helping hand are a great example of what community is all about. 🍎 Recently, one Club Bethesda member picked up two bags of apples from another member—a simple gesture that shows how members look out for and support one another.

Staying active helps keep us strong, but staying connected helps keep our community strong, too!

Meet our Member Spotlight: Mary Jo M.! ⭐

A Club Bethesda member for four years, Mary Jo first joined after being referred by a friend. She enjoys playing volleyball in the pool before evening Water Aerobics and looks forward to her Water Aerobics classes each week. Mary Jo says being a member has given her more ambition and helped support her health and wellness journey.

Advice for anyone thinking about joining? "JOIN! The teachers are fabulous and know their stuff!" 💙
