My work is not theoretical.
That sentence continues to feel important to me.
I have lived inside the questions I now help other people explore.
Questions like:
Why do I keep repeating this pattern?
Why does my body react before I understand what is happening?
Why can I know something intellectually and still struggle to live it?
Why does healing sometimes feel like remembering something I forgot?
For many years, I thought the work was about figuring myself out.
Now I see it differently.
The work is not always about finding the perfect answer.
Sometimes it is about learning how to stay close enough to yourself to hear what is true.
To listen beneath the noise.
To meet the wounded places with compassion.
To notice the body’s wisdom.
To allow healing to be a process instead of a performance.
That is the kind of space I try to create in my work.
Not a pedestal.
A path.
Not a performance.
A return.
