Please join us in welcoming Brenna!

Having a provider who is highly skilled, experienced in all areas of family medicine, relatable, and an attentive listener is essential to building a meaningful partnership in your health journey. This is why we are grateful to welcome Brenna Osmolinski, CRNP, to our team. Brenna brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 11 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients of all ages and offers a compassionate ear along with a diverse skill set, including training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reiki.

At Walnut Grove Family Medicine, we understand the importance of having the right person to welcome patients and help ease any concerns about their visit. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to keeping personalized relationships at the heart of what we do—because this is the experience every patient deserves.

We are excited to announce that our waiting list is now open, and Brenna will begin seeing patients in May.
