Smart devices for seniors that improve medication compliance

Two months ago, our adherence app was a mockup in an HTML file.

Today it's a live, two-sided medication management platform with early users, real data, and a fully verified SMS pipeline.

Here's what we've shipped in the last month alone:

💊 1) Multi-medication support (up to 5 per patient)
📲 2) Real-time missed-dose SMS alerts with caregiver response tracking
⚠️ 3) Medication refill and low-supply alerts with automated SMS
📈 4) A full insights layer: adherence line charts, calendar heatmaps, pattern detection, and CSV export
📃 5) On-demand email adherence reports for providers and family members
🩺 6) Terminology shifted from "senior" to "patient" as we expand into home care more broadly

We're in active pilot testing with caregivers and patients right now. Feedback from day one of the pilot was already triggering product fixes within hours.

We're approaching this as software-first positioning to bring our hardware to life. The data we generate on medication adherence behavior is the foundation for what we're building next.

We're excited to share that CareHome has been accepted into Project Healthcare in Nashville! 🤠🩺

Project Healthcare is a major healthcare startup program that we've been most eager to participate in, and being selected is a meaningful milestone for us as we continue building CareHome.

We’re developing technology to help older adults manage medications more safely and independently, while giving caregivers better visibility and peace of mind.

The timing could not be better. We’ve spent the past year moving from an idea toward real validation: filing and publishing our patent applications, securing early partnerships, winning grants and pitch competitions, developing our technology, and building relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Now, we get to take that work into Nashville’s incredible healthcare community and learn from the people and organizations shaping the future of healthcare.

We want to finish the year having validated the market, established meaningful healthcare relationships, demonstrated customer adoption, and built a credible path toward commercialization and fundraising.

Being accepted into Project Healthcare is another step toward making that happen and we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped CareHome get to this point.

CareHome is opening a limited number of spots for our Medication Management App Beta Program.

As we continue building our platform, we're validating medication adherence data before connecting the app to our upcoming Graciela smart medication management device.

Big milestone for our team: we’ve officially incorporated in Delaware as CareHome Technologies, Inc. 🌟

New name. Same mission.

We started this journey with one clear purpose: making life easier, safer, and more dignified for seniors, caregivers, and families navigating medication management and daily care.

This next chapter gives us the structure to grow faster, build smarter, and prepare for the scale needed to create real impact.

The problem is massive. The need is urgent. And the opportunity to improve lives is real.

At CareHome, we’re tackling one of the most overlooked (and costly) problems in healthcare: medication non-adherence amongst a growing senior population. Millions of doses are missed every year, leading to preventable complications, millions of hospitalizations, unending stress for families and caregivers, and thousands of fatalities.

We’ve made serious progress, from a fully functional, patented prototype of both our hardware and software to early validation with real demand from senior care providers and families. Now, we’re focused on what matters most: getting to a market-ready product.
