A new beginning.

Divorce changes you. You lose almost everything you worked so hard to build. You lose time with your kids. You lose your sense of self. This new home feels different. It’s mine. For the first time in 20 years, I have a hideaway that no one can disturb. Onward and upward! Bye bye Windermere, hello Winter Garden ☀️

Sometimes you need a reset. Let me turn you on to Yesterday I took an hour to myself at this amazing place that feels like it’s out of a dream. Sauna, to vitamin C shower, to cold plunge, repeat. I made it three rounds with contrast therapy, and it was the perfect nervous system reset for this very overwhelmed girlie. Infrared sauna, nourishing showers, and a dopamine rush with the cold plunge. One of my favorite ways to prioritize self care.

As I am relaxing after a very busy weekend, I can’t help but feel grateful. No matter how tired I am tonight, I will never forget that just 2 years ago, I was working in a career that I felt completely disconnected from. And now, I couldn’t feel more fulfilled, more dedicated, and more aligned to my career path. The hours are long. The energy is infinite. But the joy is unmatched. Do it. Do the thing. It’s worth it.
