Sunday is National June Bug Day AND (tastier) National Chocolate Ice Cream Day! Those nasty bugs that seem to love getting caught in my hair - are actually good for the ecosystem. So, don't kill em! Unless they get in your chocolate ice cream! Enjoy your weekend, everybody!!

Meaning:
Ewe; Beam of light; Pool, stream
Raelynn is a girl’s name of English origin, meaning “beam of light.” “Rae”—often short for Rachel—is derived from the Hebrew word “ewe”, while “Lynn” has roots in Gaelic, meaning “pool” or “stream”. Whichever definition brings you joy, baby Raelynn is sure to bring an everblooming presence to everyone they meet!
Another graduate...and for me, another heartache. It is bittersweet as I don't get to visit after they turn 1. I had the most rewarding, best time on the journey from pregnancy to baby with RaeLynn's beautiful momma! Look at this gorgeous quilt she received! She will do BIG things.

I attended this last night and am excited to report the hospital is moving in a positive direction. They are working hard at recruitment and should have some good news very soon! Many rural hospitals are closing and many have closed their OB units. WNH reaffirmed that they are committed to staying open and providing maternal health care for our community. Questions? Call me or call the hospital if you were not able to attend last night. Facts matter.
