This past Sunday was amazing on so many different levels. What started as a celebration for Copacetic Vibes turned into a celebration of me! Thank you to everyone who came out, whether it was your first time or you’ve constantly supported me through the years I promise it means the world to me 🙏🏿

I’ve gotten to the big age where I treat my birthday as just another day. But when you have a partner who ain’t having that you get a surprise party! Thank you Goddess Living 🧿 for pouring into me & reminding me to celebrate life. I love you & appreciate you 😘

Today I turn 37 & as I continue to grow I’m reminded that community is essential. Having quality people in your corner is a blessing & I’m grateful for anyone who considers me a friend, brother or partner. I want to share a few conversations I’ve had this Leo season that helped me when I was unclear about what I’m doing & who I am. Thank you Aja Vu | SacredFeminineHealer for encouraging me to be kind to myself & defining what success/progress means to me. Thank you Obsidian Snow for brotherhood & seeing me for who I am. Thank you Morgan Renae Myers for being one of my favorite people & reminding me I’m someone’s favorite too. Thank you Keith Gamble for the insight that balance isn’t a task to be tackled but it’s a flow state. Shoutout to Ain’t S**t Sweet Over Here Baby 🍭 for just being a dope ass person you are appreciated

We visited the museum a couple weeks ago and came across this incredible display tank. At first glance, these coral formations had me thinking about mushrooms! 😂

They aren’t fungi but corals & are living animals, colonies of tiny animals called polyps that build calcium carbonate skeletons. Their incredible shapes, textures, and colors can look surprisingly mushroom-like. Nature really loves repeating her patterns. 🌎✨
