1. I am worthy ✨️ You are worthy of taking care of your body. You are worthy of eating healthy. You are worthy of exercise.
2. I am improving. ✨️ When you shift from "I'm bad at ___" to "I'm improving at ___" your mindset completely changes. Can't you already feel that?
