My inner child didn’t get a chance to be a child.
She was thrown into survival from the start.
Before I even had the language to say, “this hurts,” I was already carrying wounds.
My innocence was stolen. My trust shattered. My safety… never guaranteed.
I was abandoned by the people who were supposed to love and protect me.
Then at 14, my mother left—and the world I was barely holding onto crumbled again.
That was the moment I stopped trying to need anyone.
I became everything for everyone else—because that felt safer than being seen.
I learned how to function, perform, give, survive…
But not how to receive.
Not how to feel.
Not how to rest.
I spent years in high-functioning pain.
I masked my wounds with hyper-independence.
I numbed myself through partying, drinking, and chaos.
I silenced my depression and anxiety by over-extending and over-giving.
I wasn’t living—I was managing.
Until 2012. That was the first time I heard the whisper of healing.
I left a toxic relationship and caught a glimpse of the life I could choose.
But I didn’t dive deep until 2017—when I let myself finally pause to care for my kids and myself.
Then in 2020, my body forced me into a full spiritual death.
After getting sick, I died and came back—not metaphorically, literally.
It wasn’t about trauma—it was a forced rebirth.
A reset.
An awakening that stripped me of every mask and coping mechanism.
Since then, I’ve been rebuilding—not just my life, but my identity.
Not just my energy, but my inner world.
✨ That’s what inner child and inner teen healing is.
It’s a return to the parts of you that never got to be held.
It’s offering compassion to the little one in you who just needed to be loved.
It’s creating safety where there was once fear.
It’s reparenting the parts that never got what they deserved.
đź’« INNER CHILD HEALING
This is the part of you that still remembers the ache of not being chosen.
Of being shamed for your sensitivity.
Of being told to stay quiet, stay small, stay strong.
This part of you still reacts when your needs are unmet or your boundaries are crossed.
She still cries out when you ignore your body, your emotions, your truth.
But she also holds your joy. Your magic. Your imagination.
And when we invite her back in, we unlock the wholeness we’ve always craved.
In sessions and circles, we listen to her.
We ask what she needs.
We rewrite the stories that told her she had to be perfect, silent, or invisible.
🔥 INNER TEEN HEALING
The inner teen often gets left behind—but she holds just as much.
This version of you holds the fire.
The walls. The anger. The distrust.
She was the one who rebelled, shut down, ran away, or lashed out—because no one came through for her.
She protected the inner child when no one else did.
But now, she’s tired.
She needs you.
She needs space to speak her truth without being silenced.
She needs space to rest from carrying that armor.
In healing work, we connect with her through movement, journaling, release rituals, and nervous system support.
We let her cry. We let her rage.
We show her that safety no longer requires self-destruction.
This is the sacred work I’ve been doing for over a decade—privately and in circle.
I don’t just guide this work—I live it.
Every client, every circle, every breakthrough is personal to me.
I hold this space because I know what it’s like to need it.
To feel like no one sees you.
To feel like healing is just another thing you have to survive.
You don’t have to do it alone.
🌀 A new Inner Child & Inner Teen Healing Circle is coming soon—
An intimate, sacred container to do this work in community.
A place where your story is safe. Your body is honored. Your emotions are valid.
A space to be witnessed, supported, and reclaimed.
🤍 Prefer 1:1 support? My private sessions are always open.
We’ll move at your pace, your rhythm, and follow the wisdom of your own body and soul.
To everyone who has journeyed with me—thank you.
For letting me witness you.
For allowing me to hold you through your breakthroughs and your breakdowns.
You are part of my healing, too.
I’m proud of every version of me that got here.
And I’m proud of you, too—for even reading this far.
This work is not easy. But it’s powerful.
We’re not healing to become someone else.
We’re healing to come home to ourselves—finally, fully, unapologetically.
Your inner child deserves that.
Your inner teen deserves that.
You deserve that.
And you are not alone.
