Today I stopped at Glutenless-Mart - 100% Gluten Free store. It was nice to find some products that are hard to find in other stores. Like soft pretzels, chocolate croissants, and puff pastry dough from Schär which I can’t wait to try

Whole Foods now sells GreenLite Gluten Free bread that we ate in Israel. It tastes so much like the regular bread, that you won’t believe it’s .
I hope they’ll start selling their other amazing products like muffins and cakes

One of my favorite taco restaurants in Orlando - Black Rooster Taqueria. Most of their menu is Gluten Free. They have the best guacamole with chips, fresh made to order. I love their organic handmade corn tortillas. And for those few cold days in Florida, they serve amazing Mexican hot chocolate, made from scratch. It's best to come when they first open, as they get really busy, and seating is hard to find.

I tried Teff flour for the first time. This bread is made from teff, oat, brown rice flour, flaxseed meal, poppyseed, orange peel and cherries. I think it will make a good sandwich bread minus cherries.
