I just switched my Auburn location’s Google listing to “Permanently Closed”.

I will see existing clients there through June but I am no longer taking new clients in that location as I wind down business there.

I’m looking forward to making plans for the future with one location. I want to focus my energy on making Wolcott everything I have always hoped it could be! 🧘🏻‍♂️

Every business and every massage therapist has their own opinions when it comes to the duration of a massage session…

Some spas will pack their clients in back to back so tight that the massage is really just 50 minutes instead of 60. The therapist has barely enough time to quickly clean the room and get ready for the next client.

For me, a massage session may be up to 5 minutes longer or shorter depending on the flow of the massage and the issues that may come up in that specific session.

My client’s overall experience is my top priority! It isn’t always about the exact hands on time. I don’t believe any of my clients have ever felt like I shorted them and if they did, I would hope they felt comfortable enough to address it.

I never rush clients in or out as I’m usually able to schedule 60 minutes between sessions for hellos, goodbyes, room cleaning, restroom break, etc.

I don’t like feeling rushed between clients. The energy I bring into the massage room definitely translates into the client’s overall experience.

Clients should leave feeling calm, peaceful, loose, relaxed and cared for!! ✌🏼🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♂️

Most of my initial clients followed me on Facebook as I spent a year going through massage school.

Once I was licensed and officially in business I gave free, no strings attached, 60 minute “appreciation” massages to select professional groups each month. First was teachers, then nurses, police officers, firefighters, veterans, seniors, farmers etc.

At the end of each free massage I simply asked three questions… How do you feel? Would you like to book a future session? Would you be willing to leave me a Google review if I send you the link to do so?

I have over 100 5Star reviews which puts me at the top of the list when massage is searched for in my area. Word of mouth and Google have been my bread and butter. I haven’t paid a dime in advertising.

My only cost was the free massages where I put my money where my mouth is and proved my worth to some very deserving individuals.

Call it genius or dumb luck… Either way, I am blessed and wouldn’t change a single thing I did to grow Su Casa Holistic Massage & Wellness. 🙏🏼

I Googled “Massage near me” today to make sure my marketing approach is still on point and this is what came up! I love how the internet sees my relevance in my field of practice!! 🤗🧘🏻‍♂️

Now that I have informed the gym owners, I am VERY excited to share that I will be closing my Auburn location at the end of June! ☀️

Why? No more rent. No more snowy winter commute. No more gas and wear & tear on my car. 🚙

Thank you to all of my Auburn clients over the years!! ♥️ I have enjoyed working with you and I will hope to see many of you in Wolcott. 🤗
