Three months ago, I walked into something I didn't fully have words for yet.

I just knew my soul needed it.

A room - where business and faith weren't kept in separate corners. Where I could be honest about the hard parts without dimming my vision. Where the women around me understood that purpose isn't just a buzzword, it's a calling.

RISE Studio Collective gave me that. And more.
What I didn't expect was us. The way we showed up for each other.

The hot seat moments that felt more like holy ground than business coaching. The conversations that started with prayer and found their way into strategy.

The way we collectively decided, without even saying it out loud — that we weren't going to shrink, perform, or pretend.

We were just going to be real. And grow from there.

And none of this would exist without Liz, the founder of Rise Studio Collective.

Liz, thank you for inviting me to this extraordinary space of growth, rediscovering and empowerment, thank you for being obedient to the vision God placed on your heart.

For creating a space that didn't just talk about faith in business, but built everything on top of it. Your leadership, your warmth, and your courage to build something intentional from the ground up is something I will carry with me long after this cohort. You saw a need and answered it.

I'm walking away from this season with something I can't quite put in a caption, but I'll try:

A deeper trust that God is not separate from my work — He is the work. That the women He places around me are not coincidences. And that dreaming big is an act of obedience when it's rooted in Him.

To every woman who shared a seat in this circle — thank you. You didn't just show up for your business. You showed up for me, too. And I hope you felt that returned.

Sharing an important update with the MOSS Wellness community, including some upcoming changes, continued offerings, and a personal announcement.

While I’m away, you’ll still have access to thoughtful, high-quality care through our team. Coach Daisy and Ayyaz will be offering 1:1 fitness coaching, and our digital resources—including the Fertility Roadmap and First Trimester Survival Guide—are available anytime for continued guidance.

Key Dates:
• May 30th – No new clients accepted after this date
• June 30th – Final day for in-person massage services
• July 1st – August 1st – Fitness & Nutrition clients only
