I know what it feels like to feel stuck in your own body. For years, I pushed my body hard. Training, dieting, trying to “do it all”, but my missing link was deeper. It wasn’t until I invested in myself, understanding my hormones, fixing them, changing to the habits that my body was needing, that I finally felt in control. My energy, confidence, and results all changed.
