LABOR DAY WEEKEND SALE! 🇺🇸 If you book the sauna for a 24hr residential rental we will give you an additional day for FREE!

This is a great opportunity if you have been wanting to try the sauna at the comfort of your own home. This would also be a great add on if you are hosting a holiday weekend BBQ. Enjoy one day of the sauna to yourself and share the second day with a group of friends.

Delivery, set up and take down included. Cold plunge tanks available at no additional charge. We’ll set you up with firewood and ice to get you started.

Fyre Sauna is partnering with for their upcoming Summer Games competition on Saturday August 26. We’ll be at the event from 7a-1p offering contrast therapy to all athletes and spectators. Athletes will have all day access included as part of their registration fee.

Spectators are welcome - $15 for use of the cold plunge tanks, $30 for use of the sauna and cold plunge.

While the summer months are hot, now is the perfect time to work on building up your cold therapy resiliency and start reaping the benefits!

If being in a hot sauna doesn’t sound appealing right now, decrease your sauna time and slowly increase your time in the ice bath. Trust us, your mind and body will thank you!

EVENING SUNSET SESSIONS at this coming Monday July 3rd. 8pm & 9pm sessions. Sauna and cold plunge amongst the beauty of the lavender fields.

Father’s Day weekend is upon us and we will be at CrossFit Chateau tomorrow Saturday 6/17 - 9:30a & 10:30a sessions. Morning temps are looking to be in the mid 50s. Bring your dad and start your Saturday off right!
