Seems like every 4-5 weeks I am getting my hair colored, is that you? Me too! I mean geez, 🙄 I love my hairdresser but it’s a whole lotta time and money! Struggle and depression are a part of life and people like me seem to feel our feelings incredibly intensely. I can’t tell you that life for me is easy these days, but I sure do have a lot more hope and smiles. For me, facing life head on is the only way! And paying attention to what I eat and drink, the supplements I ingest, who I hang out with, all of this matters so very much!
