Just had my 2 week post op follow up. Got to see the xray of my new titanium C6-7 disc. Feeling great and getting stronger every day. Also, back in the office this week!!! So grateful for my surgeon and the care I received 🙏

My turn to be a patient…..proud owner of a brand new C6-7 disc. A huge thank you to Dr Hammers and the whole team at AdventHealth Hospital in Parker. Everyone was fantastic. I probably already did a little too much today and I’m feeling it tonight. But happy to have already gained some strength back in my right arm and a lot less nerve pain. Here’s to practicing what I preach and taking it easy.
