Alluvita didn’t start in an office. It started in my garage.
As a mom of three boys, I know how hard it is to find time for yourself. I stayed home for 11 years, putting my family’s needs before my own.
I decided to take charge of my own health — became a health & wellness coach, personal trainer, and bodybuilder — and started helping other women find their strength too.
When COVID hit, we had nowhere else to train, so we moved into my garage.
But it became so much more than workouts. We talked about our physical health, our mental health, our hormones, our sleep, our relationships.
That’s when I realized: women needed a space of their own to find real answers.
Every big thing starts small. Ours started in a garage, with a few women and a lot of honesty. That became Alluvita. 🌿
