Happy Friday! If you haven't heard the news, I will be at K4 Fitness in Warrenton this summer, serving up all your favorite energy teas & refreshers!

The best part is you don't even have to get out of your car! Text (636-202-8046) with your order. If you want regular or bomb energy, and your eta. Once you arrive just text again that you are here, and I'll bring your drinks out to you! It's that simple.
