Recovery doesn't end at discharge — it continues with dedication and the right support.

Karen came to Wylie Oaks for inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with the goal of regaining her strength and independence. During her stay, she worked closely with our nursing and therapy teams, making steady progress every day.
After returning home, Karen chose to continue her journey through our outpatient therapy program. Today, she is walking on her own, attending her appointments independently, and enjoying a level of freedom she once thought might not be possible.

Stories like Karen’s are why we do what we do. We are proud to be part of her journey from inpatient rehabilitation to continued success in outpatient therapy.

We kicked off CNA Week in the coziest way possible—Pajama Day! 🎉
Our amazing CNAs spend every day providing comfort, compassion, and exceptional care to our residents, so today we encouraged them to come to work in their favorite pajamas and enjoy a little extra fun and relaxation.
At Wylie Oaks, we know that our CNAs are the heart of our facility. Their dedication, kindness, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. ❤️
A special thank you to our VITAS Hospice representative for the thoughtful treats and gifts provided for our CNAs today. Your generosity and continued partnership mean so much to our team, and we appreciate your support in helping us celebrate these incredible caregivers. 💝
