Grateful. Humbled. Grounded.

Easter feels different when you’ve walked through hard seasons.

There were moments of rebuilding, letting go, and choosing the hard path toward something better… and somehow, through it all, being held.

Today I’m simply grateful—
for growth,
for quiet strength,
and for the reminder that renewal is always possible.

He is risen. And so is hope. 🤍

If you’ve tried to book recently, you may have noticed—my schedule is getting tight.

For my regular clients, this probably isn’t new. You’ve felt it. So for now, for new clients booking online, you may see a message that “I’m not currently accepting new clients.”

This is such a humbling place to be. A little overwhelming, in the best way—and something I don’t take lightly. I’m working on finding that “just right” balance so I can continue to give each session the attention and care it deserves.

That said, if you have a spouse or immediate family member who’s been wanting to come in, have them reach out to me directly. I’ll always try to make space for the people connected to you.
